I arrived in NYC with only limited housing market information and experience, a short deadline to secure an apartment in or near Lower Manhatten, and Jared Paletti's contact info from a mere Google search. Jared promptly scheduled most of a day to work with exclusively with me and using a combination of online browsing and onsite walk-thrus, we were able to make a shortlist of five rental candidate buildings on Day 1. On Day 2 I was able to decide on a final lease, and by Day 3 we had a lease application in process. Finding Jared was such a lucky and fantastically effective experience, I am certainly compelled to recommend him to others also needing a most effective resource for rentals or sales in this region. He knew the ""landscape"" and players in this chosen district and without his persistent involvement, we would still be blindly groping about, I'm sure. Thanks again Jared, for bringing such clarity and efficiency into the process, and I know now who I'll be calling when the time comes to renew or relocate. We needed an ""instant"" friend over here and Jared Paletti came through beyond our expectations.
