I found Ivana on craigslist about a month before I needed to move in to NYC from Chicago. After giving her a good idea of what we were looking for (big living room, under $3k, doorman, gym, etc...) she agreed to take me around Financial District and show me a few spots. Within an hour we had found the perfect apartment, with a very spacious living room and an incredible roof deck on the building as well as a gym, doorman, and everything else we had wanted. I happened because of Ivana's connections and reputation that we got a tip on an apartment that had just been listed within the hour. AND within our price range. We were the first people to see the place. It was beyond our expectations. She showed us comparable listings which were not nearly what we had just found. Ivana seems to know everyone worth knowing in the industry (my experience is limited to the Financial District but I know she shows throughout Manhattan). I have already recommended her to numerous friends and would not be taking the time to write this if I didn't feel she was the best in the business. She is a great person too and has definitely gone the extra mile for us.
