Uniquely capable agent, unparalleled in the financial district.
The search for an apartment at the financial district is painful. The number of available apartments is limited and the prices are ridicules. I have worked with 6 or 7 different agents all of whom did their best to show the apartments they wanted ignoring my clearly stated needs and budget.
The I called Tony, and the entire experience changed. For the first time the real estate agent worked for em and not the landlords. He did not waist my time, showed me only apartments the fit my needs (I have MS) and the pulled off his magic.
He actually CAN get apartments below the list prices.
I didn't believe him at first, but it worked.
To make it even better he was very reasonable about the fee and accepted me bothering him daily with grace.
Will definitively recommend and will use his services if I ever need another apartment in the financial districts.
