in freedom of expression, even if a review contains unappealing or distasteful

Review content:
We had them stretch and mount a simple canvas. $200 later, they hand us back a lopsided uneven piece that wouldn't lie flat on the wall. It would be embarrassing to have it hanging on our wall. To make matters worse when we asked them to fix it they said it would cost another $200. Oh and their no refund policy means we're out $200.
Pros: Some nice pieces
Cons: Not good with custom framing/stretching
