The scenery was beautiful. If you have never ridden, no worries. If you don't ride there are many things to do. It is not down town Houston. Go fishing. Look at the clouds in the quiet. Take a walk and see the wild turkeys, roadrunners, deer, armadillos. There is a game Room, but play dominoes with your spouse or kids. Go to the pool or river. Sit and read and listen to all of the great birds they have. Take your binoculars. The food is homey and good and plenty.
