Review content:
Apartments are run down in the inside and not maintained properly. Appliances are old and in bad shape. Noisy after 10pm at night. Front automatic gate is never operating. Has pool but it is never opened and green with algae. Laundry room needs to be redone. Tenants do not care. Advise to make management show the apartment you are renting before you move in so there are no surprises and repairs are made before you move in. Only 2 maintenance men to repair things that break or need to be replaced. Make sure Air Conditioner is working properly before moving in. All in all would never recommend anyone living here. There are plenty of other places at the same rent that are maintained so much better.
Pros: Close to Walmart
Cons: Not maintained well at all. Things break and don't get replaced. Pool is always green
