This is the first and last experience we will EVER have at Men's Warehouse. My fiance is in a wedding, we went to get him measured, etc MONTHS before-hand. While he was getting measured he asked the guy to make sure that the fit was quite snug and fit properly, the guy didn't seem to take him seriously and seemed to be blowing off what he'd said. Anyway, he pays in full and we leave after being told that we would receive a phone call when the tux arrived at least a week in advance to the wedding. Fast forward, it's the week of the wedding now. Hadn't heard anything from Men's Warehouse. My fiance finally calls them 3 days before the wedding telling them he wanted to find out about his tux because he hadn't heard anything, the guy on the phone is rude and nonchalant, asking, ""OK? What do you want to know""? Obviously, he needs to try on the tux, etc, etc... Today (Thursday), we go to try on the tux. It fits TERRIBLY. Apparently, getting measured is a useless waste of time. It's now two days before the wedding and he's stuck with a tux that looks and fits horrid. The staff is blah and none of them seem to really know what they're doing. It's just an awkward experience and I don't see any reason to ever give them our business again. If he wasn't in a wedding, we probably never would have dealt with them in the first place. Take your business elsewhere! I can't imagine having been the groom in this case!
