I would at occasions visit this store to make decorations for events, and I'm not going to lie, they have cute things, a little on the expensive side, but cute. One thing I will say, never ever buy ribbon or lace or ANYTHING that needs to be cut, or you can't return it. \r

I had the misfortune of going in there to buy a stork for a baby shower. She told me the price was going to be $8.50 for the stork and $1.50 for the base. She took me to the back of the store and showed me one that had color on the stork because she was out of the plain white, so I said that was fine, no problem. She told me what to get to make it look pretty, etcetera etcetera. When she told me the total, I was like, why is my bill so high. Well, she added, with the ribbon and everything else it adds up. Okay, no problem.\r

When I got to my car and I looked at my receipt, she actually charged me $16.50 for the stork instead of the $8.50. I went back inside the store and told her and her response was, ""you got the colored stork."" I was like, excuse me, you never said it was more expensive"". She was like, ""come on, it's common sense, that one has color and the other one was plain white."" I said, ""I just want my money back."" She said that was fine, except that I couldn't return the ribbon or the lace, almost $13.00 worth, because she had already cut it. I told her that she should iinform her customers if she is going to change prices on customers before she puts them through all of that, make them buy the ribbon and lace and everything else and then they can't return it.\r

I feel as though she took advantage of me and I know she lost me as a customer. Luckily I found another place right across the street who are going to make me another stork, much bigger and less expensive.\r

Guess what. I am their new customer now.
