Review content:
There were 2 very light fresh watermelon fruit stains on my skirt which I took directly to Novello's. When I picked it up it was clear the stains had never been treated. \r

WIth nothing to lose I purchased Dryel, the at home dry cleaning kit. Guess what? Stains gone!! Case and point. Btw, I HIGHLY recommend Dryel. \r

Bottom line, Novello's has no clue about dry cleaning, nor do they care. All they had to do was treat the stain like every other dry cleaner on the planet. \r

They do however give tips! They told me I should try ivory soap on stains. For dry cleaning I asked? Oh no they replied (awkward silence). Yea, I still don't understand the point of that comment either. \r

I gave them one star only because I couldn't give them a zero. \r

Cons: they don't treat stains. clueless staff.
