I was very dissatisfied with their service. They seemed very aggressive in their tax positions and preparation. They made alot of small but easy mistakes on my tax returns, e.g., misspelled names, etc; which is very unprofessional.\r

They incorrectly applied tax credits. For instance they applied the HOPE credit to my son who was a senior in college, which is incorrect. Very unreachable and don't want to give any money back for mistakes.\r

Overall - I do not recommended anyone going there as they made too many mistakes on simple returns in my case.\r
