Summer of 2009 we purchased our current home. We knew we were going to be in the market for a complete ac overhaul very soon, so we did a lot of research! We narrowed it down to three businesses: one larger chain, one in town company, and Corbitt heating and Air (about 1 hour away). \r

The first two sent some sales reps that had were more worried about selling me all kinds of items with more and more upgrades (at a “today only price” of course). Every time I asked about install and other specifics, they would stop and call the “techs” or tell me that the installation tech would let me know about all of that. For Cortbitt, the owner Scott came out and sat down with us. He was very patient and went over all of our questions with us (even showing us what he was talking about). *One of the questions I had was regarding the climate control/circulation to the almost 500sq ft addition we had added. The other Companies were talking about a second unit and additional duct work, etc. Scott took some measurements, did some math, and showed us a couple of options (which did not require a second unit).\r

Without showing Scott the other two estimates, he crunched some numbers, gave me a breakdown, and produced a better price then either of the other companies’ “Today Only Pricing” (and I had to make them compete against each other). \r

The install was great. He even came on a weekend to accommodate our schedule, and gave me his direct number for any issues. Corbitt Heating and Air went way above and beyond what I had expected. If you are a thorough researcher like me, don’t just take my word for it; put “Corbitt Heating and Air” into a search engine and you will find nothing but great reviews!!! \r
