The grounds are very nice and the maintanence staff is very pleasant. It is difficult, however, to reach the office staff. There is either no answer when you call the office or when you leave a voicemail your call is\r
not returned. I have also, just today, left 2 messages with the property owners and sent one fax and have had no replies.
Pros: washer and dryers
Cons: very overpriced rent and utiilities
