Review content:
tried to exchange a pair of shoes. The manager approached me, to ""help"" me, by saying ""WHAT DO YOU WANT?"" I explained situation and apparently ""what do you want?"" is the only phrase this person is capable of saying. extremely extremely rude!!! Needless to say they wouldn't exchange my shoes for another pair. Paying customers should be treated as such..not like they're doing them a favor by ""allowing"" them to spend their $$ there. never ever will I return and I'm letting all of my friends know how frustrating this experience was. ICK
