Over commits and under delivers.
Had my car in there twice for transmission leak repairs. They had the car all last winter, when I picked it up and took it home, guess what, still leaked?? Earl promised to take it back and repair again, but he never called. I called him several times and all I got was excuse after excuse why he couldn't do it at that time..... Finally gave up, knowing full well that he had no intention of making it right..... Cost me $500 for nothing but a lesson!! Beware, you get what you pay for!!!
