Review content:
Chelsea was the first place I lived with my husband and it was a great first home. Quiet neighborhood, lots of trees made our summer electricity bill real low. Management was warm and maintenance requests were dealt with quickly and thoroughly. Lots of parking! Having the Lee Hall plantation next door made for some great evening walks, and part of Newport News Park is directly across the street with some bike and walking trails. You are kind of far from everything, but a Bottom Dollar grocery store is less than a quarter mile away. Kind of pricy for Newport News but not bad; other than that the only downside would be the train tracks that run directly behind the complex. We loved living there. Pros: Beautiful plantation next door, quiet place to live, excellent management, nice apartments Cons: train tracks run right past the backside of the complex
