I have been using charleston cleaners in palo alto for the last 6 years. Its a small family owned business which has been voted 'the best of palo alto' for the last 3 years or so. The owner is a very friendly immigrant who is always ready to greet me with his chocolate kisses. He also does all the spotting while his wife takes care of all my alteration needs. I recommend this place highly.
