The service at this business over the years has always been less than satisfactory and I stopped using there services for that reason. But when it came time to order my sons varsity jacket I had no choice. when you try to ask a question or bring up a point the answer is the same, ""this is how we do it."" It is safe to assume that they can have this attitude because they know that they are the only business in town to offer these services. The jacket that we ordered came from the manufacturer with a zipper to remove the inside lining, this would allow for all the stitching to be hidden. That is not good enough at this business because ""it is a pain in the *ss"" for them to do that. (Direct quote from the owner) He further advised me that it does not matter what the inside looks like, does it not matter to him that the customer may not agree? And that when I spent over $240.00 on this jacket that the OVERALL quality and appearance of the jacket may in fact be important to me? \r The turn around time on most of there projects is ridiculous! \r The lack of customer service is standard practice there.\r The best description of this business is, when you walk in the door you are immediately made to feel like you are bothering them, if you survive that and have any questions about your order or the quality of it then you are TRULY bothering them. \r There is another local business POWELL PRINTS that offers the same services and will soon begin to do varsity jackets as well. So check them out you will definitely be pleasantly surprised!!!!\r
