My family and I lost the entire 1st floor of our home on May 2nd, 2010 to the Nashville flood. Like many other families we scrambled to try and make heads or tails of the situation.
After several phone calls to other storage facilities, I came upon A+ Storage.
From the moment I placed the call to Robert Craig, I was treated with professionalism, compassion and concern for me and my family...I was staggered by how genuine Robert was in inquiring about the details of the flood and in his efforts to assist us.
From beginning to end I have to say I have rarely had such a fine experience in dealing with a local business...anywhere, at any time.
The communication, facilities, staff, pricing/value, were all excellent.
Robert could hold small business seminars to teach business owners how to win repeat business and establish brand/customer loyalty.
Should I ever need storage in the future, there is no doubt where I will go...I just hope it won't be under the same circumstances!
