Review content:
I came to Red Mile Village because I was set on an apartment with furniture included. At first glance everything is flawless. But after spending time with the staff there it was obvious that it was all a scam to manipulate me out of my money. I received numerous calls claiming that they were ""filling up quickly"" and I needed to sign a lease as soon as possible. I signed the lease, and while in the midst of obtaining the money to pay my last two months of rent (in order to guarantee my apartment) I find out that they are only 3/4 of the way full and I am now responsible for a rent of 520 a month for an apartment I am not living in. It is all strange to me because they claim I am in violation of the contract, however I was told from the beginning that I was not guaranteed my apartment until my money was in and they could give it to anyone else who wanted it, yet the tables seemed to be turned when they are being told that I took my business elsewhere and they won't be receiving any of my money. I have nothing but negative feelings to express towards this place. Even after explaining my situation and lack of financial funds to a staff member via telephone, she was consistent in the fact that I am responsible for paying the rent there.
