Review content:
Chinese staff who works at this branch. They will embarrassed prospective customer with their ignorant and arrogant ways. They are the supreme clannish people, its out of control. The chinese girl who works in the teller section and that other chinese guy who works in the ""new account"" section. ""BRING YOURE BUSINESS TO OTHER BANK!"" and the teller didnt even closed my ac as told. I just got a call from a rep telling me such. well, I have xfer my asset to other banks.
There are other banks out there. credit union and USAA bank are opening their doors, community bank and such. dont bank here, they do suck, BIG time.
