I usually do not take time to write a review but I feel the need to get the word out to any potential customers.
This place offers the worst customer service I have seen at a shop. Where do I begin?
They have 3 barbers here. The owner Sean is the only one anyone will go to. The barber in the middle I watched him take an hour to cut a little kids hair. The young guy on the l no one wanted to go to him when their turn came up. Now for the real problem. The owner is doing about 20different things when he actually cutting your hair.
He did ht following things while I sat in his chair.
1. Had a5minute conversation on the phone
2. Left me to go pour a beer for someone
3. Walked away to talk to another customer who came in
He never once apologized and had zero concentration on my hair. I just sat there waiting for him to finish. The other 2barbers are obviously not good because no one would go to them.
Some advice for Sean the owner. Hire new barbers. Actually give good service and haircuts to the people in your seat. You wants to run a business but not take care of his clients. I wIll never go back. Rudest experience of my LIFE
