If your the type of person or business that believes in and expects service.Then this is not the company for you. This was my first experience and last with Ocean state. Since my car was being held hostage I had no option but to bite my lip and pay the bill (which somehow increased overnight). I could not do anything about my situation but I will definitely spend my time to spread the word about Steve and his business practices. I have used shippers from all different areas of the country and NEVER had a problem. Due to the sad condition of our economy here in R.I. I thought lets start helping our neighbors. Thanks Steve and Ocean State Towing you've taught an old guy a lesson. I will be sure to spread the word of your scam. And hopefully prevent anyone else from getting taken advantage of
