Review content:
Went to this office because it was in-network for my insurance. Was charged for and forced to pay for a procedure that was never done, and my insurance company demanded the office refund the money to me. It refused to do so. Dentists under-reduced two teeth (as confirmed by three other dental offices) so that temporaries (which crumbled in my hand) fell off within hours, and permanent crowns were smaller and less stable than required. Dentist drilled a large hole through my bridgework so I have to have it replaced. The office refuses to give me my dental records, in violation of Health & Safety Code. Had to report them to the Dental Board and file a criminal complaint for fraud and battery. Pros: None I can think of other than usually short wait to see dentist Cons: ""Cons"": false charges, poor dental work
