I have never posted something like this before because most stores don't inspire the loyalty that they do. I merely forgot their address and was looking it up and when I read the post had to write something. I'm not sure what kalee2004 is talking about I’ve been going to the store for years. They do specialize in ""one-of-a-kinds, close-outs, hotel liquidations"" so to have the expectation that they will be like crate and barrel and keep everything in stock is silly. If they did 1st it wouldn't be an outlet 2nd they would have deals.\r

I have found the staff at hotel surplus to be welcoming and always looking to make a deal. I really enjoy shopping with them and have walked away with great furniture and art. They are a lovely family owned store and have an ever changing inventory that is part of the fun. You never know what you will find. If you are looking fore quality furniture at good prices then you will enjoy their store\r
Pros: highend furniture for cheap constantly getting new things
