It really should be illegal what they did to my wife. She was 6 months pregnant and went it for a brake pad replacement, and they took a steel wool pad (witnessed by my wife) to the rotors, and ruined them. (they were only 9 months old) They tried forcing my wife to pay for new rotors, and told her ""we can't let you leave with your car so unsafe"" and she politely replied ""Put my F***ing car back together"" and drove off. My wife is not an idiot, god bless her heart. We called LVPD, and they told us it was a civil matter since we could not prove anything. I will be calling corporate today. On the other hand, Tunex was just awesome. They replaced our brake pads, and resurfaced our rotors that Tire Works had tried their best to ruin, for only $200 and they work like new.
Bottom line: DO NOT do business with these criminals!
