Great from start to finish. I was really pleased with this company. Every step of the process was handled well. I had a long distance move to CA. The phone Contact person was great. He was knowledgeable, helpful and very patient. The packers did a great job. They were accommodating especially with my schedule. They went out of their way to assist me. They were polite, professional and pleasant. They did great job packing, not one thing was broken. The long distance driver was great. I had two stops. NO problem. He contacted me ahead of time to let me know when he would arrive.
I thought something was lost. IT WAS NOT. The dispatcher Vladimir was amazing. He was so helpful AND polite. He called me several times to help me locate the item which was in a numbered box, I overlooked it as it was in the bottom covered safely with lots of paper.
I would use them again in a minute. I highly recommend this business.
PS I am very particular and not always easy to deal with. I had NO problems with them at any step of the process. I was nervous about using a small company. They renewed my faith in small business.
This is a great company.
