I used Dumbo to move from an apartment in NYC to a new one in a different neighborhood. When I called to get a price quote, they matched the lowest price I had gotten from a competitor. On the day of the move they arrived right on time, were very friendly and even more efficient. They came equipped with all the proper tools and were very careful with my belongings. They even agreed to take an extra piece when I realized I forgot to add it to the list when I made my reservation. The whole process took less than 3 hours.
You can't ask for nicer guys, I tipped them well - they totally deserved it.
