This company came recommended highly from my broker at Douglas Elliman. He personally used them in his move earlier this year. Unfortunately, I found that the truck was extremely dirty, which made everything very dirty. In addition, bars for the wardbrobe boxes were forgotten and therefore I had only 2 wardbrobe boxes instead of 4 (as I requested). The remainder of my clothing had to go in a ""commercial bin"" which was also dirty and the clothing was put on top of and covered by extremely dirty blankets. \r
To boot, it was raining that day, and I had to ask the movers to wrap up my furniture (many items are microfiber) however my 4 bar stools were not covered - and one was severly damaged. One of the movers admitted he tripped and it fell on the ground. Why wouldn't you wrap up furniture that is of delicate fabric, especially on a rainy day? I will NEVER use this company again. So much for trying to save money.
Cons: dirty trucks and blankets, careless movers
