I was very pleased with the service. I do not have expensive furniture and packed most stuff up myself but they did a great job dismantling what needed to be and reassembling the other end together with moving all my boxes. The bed was tricky to get down from my 5th floor walk up apt but they made everything look simple and easy. They procted what needed to be protected but this was just your regular crate and barrel or ikea stuff. No Louis XII chairs or grandfather clocks for me! Price was exactly what they quoted me before (+ a tip) and done in less time.
Pros: Did what they said, when they said and cheap!
Cons: none really - maybe not that good for super expensive stuff
