Unfortunately, I used them for my New York to Boston move as well. I've moved around a fair amount in the past few years and this move was by far the worst. The movers showed up hours early, finding me with things still unpacked. I figured that was okay because I had alerted the company that I might need some packing services as well (which had been included in my estimate). However, the team at my door was disgruntled that they had to do any packing at all (probably about two or three boxes worth). They literally crammed things haphazardly into boxes, resulting in the destruction of a lamp, some pieces of sculpture and one of my coats. I also realized upon arriving in Boston that several pieces of my dissembled furniture had been lost, and some of my bookshelves were broken. The cost of the move was much higher than I had been quoted and the team was generally unpleasant to deal with.
