My first experience at this restaurant was for a business lunch. Everyone at my table was pleased with their selections and it was a good experience. I returned for a dinner, and had a very negative experience, and I will not be returning again. My party of 5 sat on the patio, and the service was terrible from the beginning. It took over 15 minutes for a waitress to greet us. Another 15 minutes to have our drinks delivered. Another 15 minutes to place our order, forever for our food to come out, etc. I dine out a lot and usually would not knock a restuarant for one bad server, however we spoke to the manager just to let him know that our service was terribly slow, and instead of apologizing, he tried to question our honesty about how slow the service really was. Drinks, salads, and entrees took over 2 hours, and we were seated at 9pm on a Sunday night, and the place was almost empty. With a manager who is not concerned about the guest experience, I do not expect this place to stay open long. I did give this place 2 stars because the food is good (not great) and provides adequate portions for the cost. Go next door to Eclipse di Luna for great food and great service!
