Review content:
The service at this pet shop was very friendly and personal unlike the big chains. The prices are a little higher than places like Petco but it is well worht it to get so much friendlier and healthier animals. Every time I go into the store they are handling the animals, keeping them tame and very sociable. I was able to hold many of the birds, as well as other animals, without them biting me or being afraid. That is rare at all the stores I've been to over the years. Pettin Place is locally owned and they said its one of the oldest pet shops in Reno. I'm sure they've survived the attack of the big chains due to their excellent quality and customer service. The employees answered my thousand questions with great nowledge and with patience. They definately took time to make sure I was happy and got the right pet for me! The store is always clean when I go there, it always smells nice, and its so much fun just to visit. I would highly recommend you go there for any of your pet needs! I will never shop anywhere else as long as they're around!!!
