I was repeatedly told that my shoes would be finished tomorrow, in two days, etc., and showed up on schedule to be given excuses instead of resoled shoes. Who has time for this? On my final visit, I waited 20 minutes for him to finish my shoes. Although he discounted the repairs, I will not be returning. I got home and put my newly resoled sandals on to find that they are now smaller (both shorter and narrower), with some straps too loose and some straps too tight. My favorite shoes are ruined.
