Businiess name:  Aaron's Shoe Repair

Review content:
I had an awful experience with this shop. I took my shoes here to be re-soled. Aaron, the repairman, told me they would be done in four days. I went in to get them on the appointed day and he hasn't even touched my shoes. He told me they would be done ""tomorrow"". The next day I went in, and I get the same thing-- ""tomorrow"". On several occasions, when I went in, the shop reeked of various kinds of smoke and he was visibly stoned. \r \r It gets a lot worse though. He finally finishes the job, three weeks after he initially promised them. I take them home and wear them. The first thing I notice is that they're tighter. Ten, after wearing them for about two hours, the soles start to come apart. I took them back, and he said he'd fix them right up. The same thing happened again. What happened is that he managed to destroy the integrity of the shoes by sanding them too closely on the sides. Now the shoes will not stay glued to the soles. I had them examined by other shoe repairmen and each confirmed that the shoes are permanently damaged. The shoes were over $100 new. When I asked Aaron for a refund he told me no, no, his repair comes with a lifetime guarantee. He said ""These f***ers are solid!"", and that I can bring them back at any time and he will repair them again for free, like he's doing me a favor. I'm not sure what to do next. \r In summary, DO NOT take your shoes here.
