Review content:
Horrible customer service. The worse part is that it was from the store manager Brian. I have never been talked to the way he spoke to me. I was completely shocked that a store like Sports Authority would allow someone like that to be in a manager position. I recommend shopping at the other Sports Authority in Crystal Lake and completely avoiding Brian all together.
