If i could have given this place negative stars I would have. I am a student in Cleveland and ended up living here because of the ""pretty pictures"" of the outside and the wide angle shots of the inside... This place is NOT a studio apartment... it is in fact smaller. The building used to be a hotel called the Versaille Motor Inn and Before that it was the Picadilly Inn, and you can really tell once you set foot inside one of the rooms. It comes with a ""mini-fridege"", a microwave, and a tiny bathroom... hmmmm everything that you would find in a hotel. The big problem for me wasn't the cheaply put together rooms, or the door with no bolt locks or peep holes, or the water damage from the unfinished roof, or the unfinished everything else. The real problem for me was the price that i got suckered into paying. $600 for everything, they said. Sounds like a good deal until you realize ""everything"" is a minifridge, microwave and cable, oh and an overfull parking lot which they have no solution for. If you choose to stay here you will pay almost $600 a month for a one bed hotel room. If you dont have many clothes or furniture or life, this is the perfect place for you!
