Bad Billing Practices-I went to the Rancho Mirage location did a lot of tests and they prescribed a medicine that my insurance would not pay for. The cost was $770 per small tube as a cash pay. Worse than that after paying for all my tests and visits I was sent to collections over a $43.00 bill that was never submitted to my insurance Company. I would not recommend the services an beware of the billing department. I also found the customer service staff rude and less than helpful. Best of Luck.
