I have dined at Cru several times and stop in for a glass of wine at their bar every now and again. I have always been impressed by their wonderful service. The attention to detail is phenomenal. The food does not disappoint. The staff is knowledgable and accomodating. Do not be intimidated by the impressive wine selection, it only enhances the experience here. By the way, I think it is a nice touch that they have your coat waiting for you when you are leaving the restaurant. I can't understand how someone in an earlier review took that to mean they wanted to rush you out of their restaurant. I think it is a sign of good service. The statff is always a step ahead, trying to make the experience perfect for you. Will continue to be a fan of Cru!
