I would not recommend International Mobile Homes. We purchased a home from them last year and are still trying to get some repairs completed. We have called them numerous times and very few times have they responded to our phone calls. I have stopped in and talked to them in person regarding issues and it seems like it is always broken promises. We have problems with our dining room wall with nails popping out and the ""marriage wall"" is not straight and where the corners have been taped for drywalling is popping out. We have offered to do the work ourselves for a fee and not complain about anything else but they would not agree to that. They finally sent a contractor out to look at it and the contractor said he would get right back with us as soon as he gets the approval to do the work and that is the last we heard from him so we assumed he didn't get the approval. I stopped in there a couple of weeks ago and talked to them again and Gwen said she would call me the following Thursday and of course that didn't happen; I have not had any contact from them since. I definitely would not recommend them for your next mobile home because if you have issues with anything, you can't get the issues resolved. I have pages of documented times we have called and the responses that I received. They advertise that service and sales works hand in hand but I know that isn't the case at all. The people are friendly and everything but being friendly isn't getting my issues resolved. Since it has been just over a year of trying to get some issues resolved, it looks like I will have to take some legal action against them to get my walls repaired. My only advice to anyone considering purchasing a home from them is to really think about what I said and know that you have been warned regarding any repairs that may need to be done. We would not purchase another home from them nor recommend anyone to them from the experiences that we have had with them.
