BMW Road side assistance sent these people to pick up my motorcycle.
They have the wrong equipment, take the bike to the wrong dealer and then drop it while unloading.
The bike went for a service on the brake fluid leakage. After about 20 days I got a call to pick it up. The towing company had not made any effort to pay for the damages. They knew about it right away.
I contacted Mr. McBride asking him why he had not done something and his answer was that he had the estimate but was waiting for me to call him to work something out. WHAT??? I have to call him to work something out? There is nothing to be worked out. I want my bike in the same condition it was before they damaged it.
Called him a second time and he then lied, saying that he would like to take care of it, but hadn't done so, because he had never received an estimate.
They don't deserve any rating.
INCOMPETENT.
