Review content:
I waited for 2 hours for them to tow my car, which had a blown out tire, to my home. Not to mention that I had my 9 year old child with me and we were in a vacant parking lot. I called several times and was told the driver was 10-15 minutes away each time I called. Then when I complained to my insurance that they were not servicing me and I wanted someone else to be sent they lied to my customer service representative and said that they had told me the initial truck broke down and they had to send another one. I was livid....they told me they were just sooo busy and NEVER mentioned a truck breaking down.... I didn't even call until the given response time (1 hour) had expired, so it's not like I'm unreasonable. Don't give these douchbags a penny of your money.......THEY DON'T DESERVE IT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Pros: They have flatbed trucks
Cons: everything....from customer serv. to response time
