It's kind of sad to say that I'm happy to see this place already has two one-star reviews! I bought a house cleaning with Klean Kats through the Houston Press' Deal of the Day. I called two weeks ago for a cleaning today. I took a day off (because I wanted to be here for it) and sent my pups to doggie daycare (an additional expense.) They were supposed to be here at 10am. Here was my day:
10:30 Called. They said they would try to get a hold of their crew.
12pm. They said they couldn't get their employee on the phone.
1pm. They said they still couldn't contact their employee but would have the owner call me.
1:30 Spoke with a new girl. She said she would call me back.
2pm. They stopped answering my calls.
2:30 Still no answer, left a voice mail.
3pm Still no answer. No voice mail
3:45 Still no answer. Left message to cancel service.
DO NOT USE KLEAN KATS! I could understand one bad review, but here are three reviews with similar complaints. That speaks volumes about this company!
