I am a current client and have been a client of Shape Health & Fitness for the past 6 months. I am a 55 year old male with no previous weight training. I weighed 198 pounds and stand 5' 9"". After four months I went from a 38 inch waist to a 32 inch waist and weighed 166 pounds. I still have a 32 inch wasit and now weight 170 pounds, as a result of the added muscule form my four days a week weight training program. Without a doubt I would recommend Shape Health & Fitness to any one whether you just want to drop a few extra pounds or want to sculpt your body.
Pros: Will get you in shape in no time.
