I purchased 3 hours, when I scheduled the appointment they told me to leave a list of what I wanted them to focus on as they cleaned my house. Much to my dismay when I came home, they did not do what was on the list, they cleaned my small shower and the sink faucet, Not the shower door or bathroom floor much less the rest of the house! They tried to say this took the full 3 hours of 2 people. 2 people can't even fit in my bathroom. No way.
I did call, explained I had people coming over & expected a clean house even if I had to pay again. I was told the manager would be out the next day to inspect and get cleaned. Wow no call, no show. Way to win a customer back? I don't think so! They obviously don't care to acquire new business!
