I moved in b/c I thought that it wasn't too bad and you get a huge apartment. Ha! I should have listened to all the comlaints about the management. They are polite to your face and seem willing to bend over backwards to get you to move in, but after that they could care less. \r
Lisa Cebovic , the manager, is the head of a very unprofessional and rude office without any social skills. The office only communicates to residents in a negative and condescending manner. Instead of talking to specific residents to resolve issues they send out mass memos constantly in a passive aggressive attempt to deal with complaints. Besides this, there is the general and clear disregard for the up-keep of the building with coackroaches dead in the filthy hallways laying in plain view on top of stained , torn carpets. The gym has three pieces of equipment from the 1980s. security is a complete joke and I agree with others about checking the local police log online b/c it's not a great neighborhood. overall, the biggest problem is the management's inability to instill a sense of respect in this complex that begins with their demonstration of up-keep and renovation in conjunction with a real effort to enforce rules. Instead, people run through the halls, slam doors, steal, break things, vandalise property, smoke in the elevators, urinate off their balconies, allow their dogs to run around without leashes, and there is a constant parade of trash diggers that frequent the dumpsters multiple times a day. This complex is a dump because the residents by and large do not respect it as a community and resent the management.
Pros: Its cheap. The cops still come when you call. My roof dosen't leak and I have A/C.
Cons: Security is poor, no enforcement of rules, theft, vandalism, unleashed dogs, drunks, smokers, homeless garbage diggers, crime rate, traffic from Qualcom, noise from parties, no guest parking
