I am so sorry to see the reviews that have come in that are one star. I have been doing business with Elite ever since it opened last century. Can't remember exact date but Mary Pham was the owner then. I hear she is in Houston. Anyways, I have NEVER had any of the problems that some have had. I am not saying this did not happen, but I only can say that I have had great service. Yes, the language barrier can be challenging at times. All I can say is patience is what is needed when you want the best. I believe he is the best at what he does. I had a business that involved using props and so forth. I put together a design and gave it to him and told him I needed 150 copies. He took my design and made exactly what I needed and he did it on time. I have had numerous occasions when I needed alterations. All were done with triple stitching and were done on time. \r
I would give this business at least one try before you pass it up. Again, please be patient with the language barrier. He does understand, but speaking is hard for him.
