Networld Internet Seems Very Dishonest\r

After 4 months of not being able to find the Networld web page, and my email only working sporadically I finally found a phone # on this site to contact them about an unauthorized charge to my credit card for monthly service, which I did not want. Tech support deleted my credit card info, a manager told me the billing dept would decide if I deserved a refund. Refused to give me an address or telephone # for the billing dept. Refused to give the address of the business in Orem. The new owner is Jon Hansen, you can find more information about him his various other businesses at utah.gov business entity search. The name of the new company is Networld Internet Services, LLC address is 1501 N. Technology Way, Bldg A, Suite 3300 Telephone: 1-888-639-9950. They tell you the only address they have is the Holladay address of Networld Communications, LLC the old company., which is closed. Any company that acts this way should be shut down we have enough dishonest merchants as it is.
