I used Cook & Associates to obtain some medical and billing records for a case. Not only did they get the records in very quickly using the proper forms to make the records court admissible...they kept me updated during the entire process.\r

I have heard that they also have a great copy and scanning service. As soon as I have some copy or scan work, I will try them out and rate their performance on that as well.
Pros: Highly knowledgeable, free pick up and delivery, Right accross the street from Specs Midtown :)
Cons: Spend too much at Specs when I visit their office
