Review content:
Why would you think that I won't notice the fact that you burned my food on one side if you just put the not so burnt side on the top?!?
I had to wait about 45 minutes to get my burnt food when there was only one other customer in front of me. I wonder how long they would have taken if there were a few customers in line.
Food was just ok, nothing great, i.e., if they didn't burn it. You can get the same type of food or better food at a few dozen other places in Arcadia, so why bother coming here and wait for a really long time to get your food.
I won't be going back, but customer service was nice during my visit, especially the young boy.
Update: One thing that I do respect is when a business does not take a defensive position when the customer writes about their experience honestly and does not argue with the customers and simply apologize to make their business a better one, which Jessica did, so I am changing my stars and giving them a 3 star.
