Review content:
a few days ago we ordered flowers for a friend of ours who had passed away. When we called we talked to a woman and she ask what our budget was, we told her forty dollars, she said no problem, took the order and sent the flowers. We called 2 days later to get a receipt and were told the bill was 51.00, the flowers were 40.00 dollars, tax was 3.40 and ther was a delivery charge of 8.50 that we were never told about. The funeral home is next store to kathys flowers. If we would have been told about the delivery charge we would have picked up the flowers ourselves. We are going to call our credit card company on monday to protest this hidden charge. I beleive that kathys flowers should be more honest with their customers
